This engine can deliver up to 286 horsepower and 289 pound-feet of torque. Furthermore, buyers can pick between an eight-speed automatic or six-speed manual gearbox. These performance variants are front-wheel drive as well.

The 2024 Nissan Sentra comes with just one engine choice. All trims get a 2.0-liter naturally aspirated 4-cylinder engine with 149 horsepower and 146 pound-feet of torque. It sends power to the front wheels via a CVT gearbox.
