Though a lot of things seem up in the air these days, one thing is for sure: your vehicle will still need maintenance and service so that it can continue serving you well for many years to come. With so many uncertainties during this time, we are proud and honored to offer our Concierge Service completely free to our customers to help out during this trying time. To provide this incredible service, we’ve partnered with AutoThink. AutoThink helps us provide turnkey technology powered by a mobile veteran and military spouse workforce to pick up and drop off customer’s vehicles for service appointments at Red McCombs Hyundai Northwest.

How It Works

To schedule your complimentary Concierge Service in conjunction with your scheduled service appointment, both of which can be completed online via our website. Our Concierge Service hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Additionally, the first pick-up time available each day is 7:00 a.m. and the last available pick-up time is 4:00 p.m; the last drop off leaves the dealership at 6:30 p.m. each evening. Your Concierge Service must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

After you’ve booked your service, a vetted, highly trained concierge specialist will arrive at your home at your scheduled time to pick up your vehicle. Though 70% of AutoThink drivers are veterans, we cannot guarantee that will be the case every time. You will receive a reminder text letting you know that your driver is on their way along with the estimated time of arrival. You’ll also have a link where you can see exactly who your driver is. When your driver arrives at your home, you’ll receive another text letting you know that they’re outside and ready to pick up your vehicle.

What Happens While Your Vehicle is Being Serviced

While your vehicle is being taken care of by our highly trained automotive technicians, you’ll receive SMS texts throughout the process keeping you updated on the status of your car. We believe in providing clear, thorough communication so you’re up to date on your vehicle at all times.

During your Concierge Service and service appointment, you’ll get a text/email when:

  • When your pick-up service is scheduled with a Red McCombs Agent
  • When we are on the way ? When the driver is outside
  • When your vehicle is handed over into the service bay
  • When your vehicle is headed back to your drop of location
  • When we are at your drop-off location

Should your vehicle need additional work than what was originally scheduled, a Red McCombs service advisor will call you at the number we have on file to talk through any additional work or diagnosis we may have found during your appointment.

After your service appointment, a driver will take your vehicle from Red McCombs’ service center back to your designated drop-off location, which can be a different location than where we picked up your vehicle.
